A contemporary cliff-side residence overlooking the Arabian Sea, blending Kerala vernacular with modernist principles.

This stunning residential project sits atop the Malabar cliffs, commanding panoramic views of the Arabian Sea. The design embraces the natural terrain, with cantilevered volumes that extend over the rock face.

The material palette combines locally sourced laterite stone with exposed concrete and teak wood, creating a dialogue between tradition and modernity. Large floor-to-ceiling glazing on the western facade captures the sunset views while deep overhangs protect from tropical rain.

The home features an open-plan living area that flows seamlessly to an infinity-edge pool, blurring the boundary between interior and exterior spaces.
