Nestled along the Kochi backwaters, this 4,500 sq.m residence reimagines traditional Kerala architecture through a contemporary lens. The design features cascading terraces that step down toward the waterfront, creating intimate outdoor living spaces while maximizing panoramic views.

Natural materials including laterite stone and reclaimed teak are paired with floor-to-ceiling glass to establish a dialogue between the built environment and the lush tropical landscape.
