This 24-unit residential complex in Kasaragod sets a new benchmark for sustainable living in Kerala. The design prioritizes passive cooling strategies, with buildings oriented to capture prevailing winds and deep verandahs providing shade.

Each apartment features cross-ventilation, reducing dependency on air conditioning. A centralized rainwater harvesting system feeds landscaped gardens and common areas. Solar panels on the rooftop generate 60% of the complex’s electricity needs.

The landscape design integrates native species and edible gardens, creating a community-oriented living environment that reconnects residents with nature.
