Rising 28 storeys above the Calicut cityscape, this commercial tower sets a new benchmark for sustainable high-rise design in Kerala. The 28,000 sq.m development incorporates Grade A office spaces, retail podium, and a rooftop sky garden.
A double-skin facade system with integrated photovoltaic panels reduces solar heat gain while generating renewable energy, targeting IGBC Gold certification.
