The Bangalore Innovation Hub is a 45,000 sq.m technology campus conceived as a vertical village for startups and established tech firms. The design breaks away from conventional office park typology by creating interconnected clusters around shared courtyards and maker spaces.
Biophilic design principles are woven throughout, with indoor gardens, water features, and a central atrium that brings natural light deep into the floor plates.
